How to play Seven and a Half

1. Build a hand from a 40-card deck where aces through sevens count at face value and court cards count as half a point. Draw toward seven and a half without going over.
2. Commit the point at which the hand will stand, then compare it with the dealer, who stands on five and a half. A higher valid total wins, a bust loses and equal totals push.

What Seven and a Half feels like to play

Seven and a Half uses small card values to create close decisions near its namesake limit. Court cards can fine-tune a total by half a point, giving the reveal a different cadence from standard blackjack.
